As a travel enthusiast from California, I had the pleasure of staying at this charming holiday cottage in Tal-gareg. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the warm glow of the wood burner and a delightful welcome basket filled with wine and snacks. the cozy atmosphere and attention to detail, including period features and modern facilities, made our stay truly special. One of the highlights of our trip was the access to the garden and patio area, where we enjoyed relaxing in the lawn chairs and having a barbecue in the summer evenings. the cottage's close proximity to activities such as cycling, canoeing, and hiking provided us with plenty of options for outdoor adventures. The hosts, Gwen and Tony, were incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. From the fully equipped kitchen to the abundance of local information provided in a handy folder, every detail was taken care of. It truly felt like a home away from home. I especially appreciated the pet-friendly amenities available, as I had my furry companion with me on this trip. Overall, Y Bwthyn exceeded all expectations and I can't wait to return for another relaxing getaway. Whether you're seeking a peaceful retreat or a base for outdoor adventures, this holiday cottage is the perfect choice.
